When selecting
a Realtor it is important to understand there are many different focus areas in Real Estate. Some Agents might focus
on property management while others focus on model sitting and selling new construction.
I have over
a decade experience working with home owners listing, marketing, and selling their homes and home buyers
looking to purchase.
My previous experiences

- Working with buyers through
existing home purchases
- Working with buyers through
new construction process
- Listing, marketing, selling,
and purchasing either short-sale or foreclosed properties
- Listing, marketing, selling,
and purchasing Hobby-Farms

purchasing Townhomes, Condominiums, and Single Family Association homes
- Listing, marketing, and
selling Investment-Properties or multi-family units
- Lots and land sales
- Working with buyers to

and sell sides of transactions dealing with Conventional, FHA, DVA, Fixed Rate, Adjustable Rate, Assumable mortgage,
seller assisted financing, and cash purchase agreements.

requiring a Truth-in-Sale inspection from the city.
I have found there are similarities in many transactions,
but many times during the process of buying or selling a transaction will encounter obstacles or hurdles that require
knowledgeable Agents to keep the transaction together through closing. It is at times like these that I draw on
my experiences to work in the best interest of my client's real estate needs.
